Meet outside on the Bocce Ball courts OR if it's raining come down to the Wellness Room to play corn hole/bags.
Work with your teammates to improve your grip strength which is linked to greater independence and improved overall health.
Join us each Tuesday as we make fresh protein smoothies each week in the lobby at 2:00pm. Each week will be a different flavor!
