Moments Hospice is honored to partner with Eagle Point Senior Living for a 1/2-mile walk along the Riverfront Trail, culminating at the "Metamorphosis" sculpture. Please join us to reflect, honor, and share the story of your loved one. Light refreshments will be served. Activities START inside Eagle Point Lobby.

Join us each Tuesday as we make fresh protein smoothies each week in the lobby at 2:00pm. Each week will be a different flavor!
