All residents are invited to participate in the Lifespark TRYathlon! The competition is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM. We compete against other Lifespark communities in a fun challenge of walking (all abilities welcome), arm crank, and leg crank. Fridays at 1:00 we watch The Really Big Show to find out our standings

Join us each Tuesday as we make fresh protein smoothies each week in the lobby at 2:00pm. Each week will be a different flavor!

Mark Tully has been playing music for 45 years. He specialized in historical music and has pulled out his songbook of Irish and Celtic tunes. He will tell us the history and lore surrounding some of these lovely tunes! Enjoy a special St. Patty's Day treat and beverages.

This month's outing will not take place but check out the April dinner outing!

Jim ‘n’ Nancy has performed over 1000 gigs in their 15 years together. Audiences of all ages love them for their personable, energetic and fun performances. They’ll get you moving with an extensive song list covering all genres and eras.
