Resident Sharing-World’s Largest Crane Ships

Our resident, Bruce B., will share stories from his time working aboard the Saipem 7000, including what it was like living on board during a three-week assignment as well as several shorter voyages. He will also discuss the Thialf and other massive crane vessels capable of lifting more than 15,000 tons at sea, offering a fascinating look into the world of offshore heavy-lift operations.
